Everything on this site — feeding guidance, developmental milestones, growth percentiles, vaccination timings, lists of signs to watch for — is general reference information for parents, compiled from publicly available authoritative sources. It does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment advice or professional medical opinion, and it cannot substitute for the individual judgement of a doctor, paediatric health professional or other qualified clinician who knows your child.
Every child is different. The percentiles, milestone ranges and food ages presented here are population statistics. Falling outside a range does not necessarily mean something is wrong, and falling inside one does not necessarily mean nothing is.
If you have any concern about your child's health, growth or development, consult a doctor. In an emergency, seek medical help or call emergency services immediately rather than looking anything up here first.
Sources and their limits
The content here draws on the WHO Child Growth Standards (2006) and Growth Reference (2007), China's Dietary Guidelines for Residents (2022), China's National Immunization Program schedule (2021), CDC developmental milestones (2022 revision), and related paediatric consensus and research.
Those guidelines are themselves revised over time, and local practice — vaccination schedules above all — varies. We make an effort to keep this site current, but cannot guarantee that every page matches the latest edition or the rules where you live at any given moment. For immunisation, your official vaccination record is the authority.
We work to keep the content accurate, but make no warranty, express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
Your data
There are no accounts on this site. What you enter about your child is stored only in your own browser and is never uploaded to any server. We do not collect, store or access it. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Because the data lives on your device, clearing your browser data removes it, and we cannot recover it for you.
